Turned these last week. First two on the left are Canary wood. The next two are Leopard wood and the one on the right is Purple Heart. I finished them with a coat of EEE Ultra Shine followed by a few coats of Shellawax. The bottle openers are from Ruth Niles. They will be future gifts.

Thx. everyone. The EEE Ultra Shine and the Shellawax are easy finishes to apply and it shines up really nice.

Hey Jim. I was a member of SAZWA and made most of the meetings last year but haven't been recently. That darn work thing has gotten in the way. Hoping to get back over there soon. I do visit WoodCraft. The woodturning blanks for these bottle openers were purchased at WoodWorkers Source here in Tucson. They have a  large selection of turning blanks.. Did you make over to SAZWA while you were in AZ. ?.

Jeff

Nice looking openers, they'll make great gifts.
