scrap wood mallet
Just a quick mallet I made out of ash scraps. Loosely modeled after Steve Ramsey’s mallet. I didn’t have any lead shot so I used bbs instead. They worked fine. Next to finish and glue leather on the face

You will love your mallet. I made one recently and I’m using it constantly. The next one I make will be filled with shot.
