I like that wood with the red streaks. Fingers crossed that it stays put!
Wonder if an impervious finish (poly, lacquer, etc.) would slow down any fading.

yeah great box but sadly that beautiful red will fade away. i made nightsatnd tops with it and the red is all gone now 😞
working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment,somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.
