Yeah Wolf the planks are thirsty. The good thing is that the under floor is made of cypress planks that are spaced an inch apart. Drainage is awesome and its drying out great. The old wood is holding up much better than some of the new . I’ve got a couple of spots where the water bowed some new wood where we missed some screws. Nothing major though. The reason behind pressure washing was for the deep cleaning. Sanding would have gotten the surface but between the boards was pure filth that made it look like a dirt floor. So now we will be able to seal a clean floor. Thanks for all the comments guys.
