Wooden Box

Small wooden box made out of Bocote. Lid design is made of Bocote, Maple and Ebony. Used 2P10 (cyanoacrilate) glue for the design.

Are the cube on the lid veneer or all the way through?

Ianwater – The cubes are not veneer. I cut them all by hand with a jig and then glued them all together. After that I decided to double the amount I made by sandwiching the sheet between 2 peices of plywood and then cutting it right down the middle with a re-saw. That gave me mirror image peices.
