I started with a 10×2.5 inch turning blank. Cut it out on the bandsaw, then carved it out with a flex- shaft, carver.

Gotta hide this page from the wife so she doesn’t pressure me to make one (people would probably get hurt in the course of its construction, including neighbors blocks away).

This will make a nice addition to the house.
