My grandmother needed a new tray so I made one for her for her birthday/Christmas. Sides are 3/4” poplar and the base is 1/4” poplar with 1/4” ribs. The base was inset with a 5/8” rabbet.
I airbrushed the text, golden oak stain was used and a few coats of rub on semi-gloss poly.
If you dont like what you can buy, build it.
I like this tray a lot , very nice looking and a great build.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.
