Needed a Christmas present for my sister. I had a glued up blank made of scraps from other projects. I turned the first grinder and when I remounted the blank, I inadvertently reversed it. A happy accident that created a mirrored copy.

To identify the difference (salt/pepper) I used a piece of African Blackwood and a piece of deer antler.
