Hello,
I created this table for a client who wanted a unique walnut dining room river table. I designed it to be 43" by 9’3", to perfectly fit the space he had in mind.
I had to build a 5ft by 10ft workbench just to hold the form to do the epoxy pour.
The main tools I used were a router with a custom diy flattening jig, a circular saw, and some chisels. I also made the bow-tie inlays from spalted maple using my bandsaw.
