Desk Mounted Headphone Stand using Kerf Bending

I have a gaming monitor that’s mounted to a drop leaf desk, so when it is in the closed position, only a small space is open and I needed a stand to hold my headphones.

I learned about kerf bending on YouTube name ideas interested in using this method to see if I can mount the stand to the desk using kerf bending when it’s in the closed position.

Luckily I was able to get it right on the first try. I also chose to not stain the kerf, as I see it as a design feature in addition to a bending method.
