My little magnolia table.
Every man needs his personal space, and this is mine for my recliner. It was made from a piece of southern magnolia. The black heartwood don’t usually show up in young trees. Its very rare to find this much. Slowly over time it’s been made into my living room furniture.

Magnolia is by far my favorite wood to work with. It’s very rare to find this much black heartwood. It’s not quite as hard as oak but still not too soft.
