Walnut lumber from a tree downed by tornado in central IL
Made for our son.
Finish is shop made wiping varnish. Watco and Polyurethane. 4 coats, rubbed out with #0000 Liberon and a final rub with Johnson’s paste wax.

That is a classic piece of furniture.

I like the flat panels and beadwork all around.  Looks like you turned the knobs?  I have done similar work on a lingerie chest of drawers.
