It just pisses me off a tard LJ agent, willfully and knowingly, abuses his position to libel me before other members, then compound that by terminating my ability to respond to inform of the Domestic Mail Manual and the conclusion of the post master [who well outranks that POS].
One of us has a lot of law background (practicing), and it isn't him.
I can guarantee the Mail manual, which is the law, for our purposes, makes clear insurance is for replacement value. Further, me making a comment to the owner of my work piece did not assign any guilt to me. Rather, LJ POS tried to re-write law to fit his agenda.
Call it irony, his was the only relative crime: Not only did he libel me with his highly public misrepresentations of fact, he crossed state lines and national boarders to make himself and LJ's liable for his acts.
The stated $300.00 for a custom frame and etched mirror was reasonable. And, I, as a business and the builder, would not have made him another as a favor. He would have paid full price for design, material acquisition, layout and materials used.
Then there is that though I didn't give him any paperwork, the Post Office agreed with his assessment and compensated him without my involvement.
The simple of it is, LJ's POS agent used his position to express, in writing, conclusions that, falsely, painted me a criminal conspirator.
