I should add that many of these will surely be brand new, not reconditioned. The Shaper Tools sales model requires that a dealer like the one I work with keep two units in inventory. As soon as the registration goes in for one that's sold, they send a replacement unit right away. When the upgraded model shipped, they had the dealers return any Gen 1 inventory. That means that there were lots of NIB units sent back. I'm sure some of the units that go out will be among that group.
I also don't know how many are available at this price, so anyone who wants one badly shouldn't wait around.
