re: Nostalgia

I'm a Rock and Metal guy, but in the last 10 years I enjoy blues played by people like Gibbons and Joe Bonamossa.

When we go to Vegas we have gone to a show the last ten years called "Raiding the Rock Vault"

It was the actual Rockers themselves, like the bass player from Bon Jovi, lead singer from White snake, and it still has Howard Leese (Heart), and Robin McAuley (Survivor) and Blas Elias (drummer from Slaughter) ...but they are getting older and a younger generation of "older rockers" (40's and 50's) are coming in....they play classic rock and it is in smaller venue....(300 people) they rotate so they can take nights off...it is awesome.  In April they open three nights a week at the Hard Rock Cafe across from the MGM Park.....It is well worth the money and it is reasonable..like 60.00 per seat.....as opposed to Areosmith, that is 350.00.  With the older guys dwindling, it is sad, but the Music is still great...but a Rock Star in his 70's looks like 100....I think they may have been a little hard on their bodies...

I owned a photo studio and camera store for 30 years and worked there for 13 prior to owning it.  It was Hall's Photo, I never changed the name because my last name is easy to mispronounce and misspell.  The original owner's name was Daryl Hall.....people constantly came in asking for John Oates.....after the first 500 times we just wanted to punch them in the face...
