re: Big commission piece coming my way

It’s already been said other ways, but huge problems are:

1) Industry has done a fantastic job of polishing turds, that is, it’s often hard to tell if something is plywood, quality veneer and solid wood or particle board and 1/128" thick veneer; and,

2) People want the exact same thing they see down town and, the foregoing aside, don’t understand building hundreds or thousands cuts the cost of production to a fraction.
