I've always loved the apothecary cabinets with their bazillion drawers.  ALMOST bought a bunch of these at a garage sale for that reason.

Just something magical about that old brass. 

Now that I have a 3-D printer, it'd be easy to make trays the walls of which didn't eat of valuable real-estate.
