Hey Quack

Still not making hot tea, but I am making a jug of Sun Tea about every day now that it's warmer. Wonderfully refreshing, plus hydration is good.

Gallon glass jug with a screw on lid, filled with water, 8 tea bags of your choice, put the bags in, and hang the tags over the edge, screw the cap on, so the bags are left dangling in the water, and the tags aren't. POP the entire works out in a sunny spot.

Give it about 6 to 8 hours, or more, just gets deeper, ice, flavor if desired, and drink. Careful, it can be addicting.

Even working stiffs can make it. Get it put together right before you leave, or if you are of a mind, the night before. Before you leave, place it out where it is likely to get full sun all day. Bring it in when you get home, and prepare it.

Now if it is ME, and I had to work, I'd flavor it all right. Dump in a healthy shot, or 3, of something something, to make the work thing kinda go away. :-)
