I know this is off topic. There doesn't seem to be a "chat" forum or FAQ or contact us choice.

I'm missing the "post review" choice from the pull down menu, shown below. I have all but that. What am I missing or can new member not post reviews?

Another woe
I had to create a different account. I could never log back into this one despite changing the password multiple times. Can you reset this account?
