re: Desk lamp from birch branch.

Brian & Alex, I bought 2 – 13" extensions with an Allen set screw, I join them together if needed & I use a 7/16 spade bit.
The dust doesn’t clog up like a twisted bit and cause heating .

Very interesting lamp, I like it.
