Is the 4th picture the one with the foam, it that the hinge... Could you explain that.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention the hinge. My wife had some old pocketbooks that were suede leather. I used the leather to make the hinge. It works exceptionally well, the box closes so you can't see the seem.
