Hi BB1, sometimes I will apply Tung Oil as I go in places like around the engine and other places that are difficult to get at later. I always oil the tyres as soon as the tyre/wheel assembly is finished before installation on the model because ebonizing has a tendency to fade quickly if is not sealed straight away
