#4 is something I'm itching to try. Totally unique look. Hopefully the char stays put after a good top coat! 👍
Bruce (right?) I'm itching to try a whole box this way as well. Personally I think a spray lacquer would work well. Maybe a light coat at first and let it go bone dry. Followed by a couple more with each one being heavier. What do you think about resin? But it would have to be sprayed...I think. What about shellac?... again sprayed?
