To me, that’s what’s outstanding about this build Ross.  If you had the seat molded to your design, it would still be a lovely chair.  But taking a chunk of hot tub and building around the fixed geometry and still coming out with a lovely chair is something that those of us on here can really appreciate the difficulty of!
Thanks, Ken.  There were some frustrations during the build, but I'm pleased with how it turned out.  And, I've got a few more chunks of that hot tub just waiting for their turn.

Love the look of that base and the upcycling of would be trash makes it even more special.  You nailed the lines on cutting that out!  Even more bonus points for using the jets as fastening hardware.
