Boys and Girls,

While wading through the members roll call, I noticed Keifer a long standing member. I considered one of his articles posted long ago as exceptional, and I plagiarised it at Lumberjocks in order to percolate it to the top and hopefully give some assistance to new members or those not filtering down enough through the archives search engine.

I tried to make a comment in his project here a Craftisian hoping to percolate it to the top for new members not familiar with the technique, but noticed the video link has passed to YouTube heaven so I decided to make this the first entry in my Hints and tips series.

The first article in this series has been transferred from a LJ Project I posted back in 24th. Sep 2017.

Sorry about the length but I hate the sound of my own voice (nearly as much as that morning look into a mirror), and long threads are at least quieter… and I playback my videos on mute… should be obvious from their contents... even after editing.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

looking forward to what you show us duckie.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

Nothing major pottzy... just wading through the old LJ posts and picking out whay may be useful/meaningful here.

Had far too many posts there that was only kept alive by you, rc and me hijacking the thread to talk other nonsensical stuff... but it was "fun".
