Have a kitchen faucet to replace.   Sink has a bar above it with stools opposite.    Made me think in the old days the bath fixtures usually had access from the closet on the other side through a little door or panel.
Never seen a kitchen cabinet in a bar use the same idea.   A panel that would remove to service the kitchen faucet, hose etc.    Laying on ones back under a sink trying to reach up between the wall and the sink to the faucet bottom is a real pain.    Be a lot easier with a panel.
My rant against cabinet makers for the day.
Good amount of work on your installations.

Gonna be a high end place by the looks!

Kinda nice I bet to get in before all the delicate stuff like flooring, etc. is not in your way.

Ron, AMEN!
Had to cut two holes in the walls to replace faucets so far.
I agree with having access,  I HATE crawling under cabinets to do plumbing.

Unfortunately Splint, that is the finished floor.  It will get cleaned and a final top coat after all construction is finished.
I don't get why people do the things they do.  Maybe it saved some money. Contractor said they like the "industrial" look.
Everything has to be scribed to the lumpy concrete floor.

Looking forward to the progress pictures.  Nice place to work.  Love the view

Probably all the abandoned warehouse loft spaces have been taken, at least it should be nice and cool during the summers!

Gotta admit I like that industrial construction for a house exterior. Near zero maintenance, termites don't eat concrete very fast, and I could tell the wife why adding on a bigger closet for more clothes would be impossible 😀
Couple of progress pictures.
I'm going out of town,  will be back Tuesday to carry on...
