OAK ?

I picked up a piece of what I thought was oak the other day. 10 ’ X 10" X 1- 1/2 " for $ 10.00 . but when I planed it I’m not sure anymore . I was part of an o;d barn and had weathered gray . I don’t know if you can tell from the pictures , but I thought it was worth a try . Any ideas ?
