A couple of years ago my neighbours daughter asked me if she may make something with me in the shop. I mostly make my wooden models of waste material, but my neighbours daughter is very creative and able to make something of my waste material. She starrted with a bench with what see found in the trash. Also the TV parts where out of that trash. I helped her with the chairs and table. I did the the sawing work and she did rotating the drill press handle, and hammered the legs in chairs and table. As a little gift for here I made a standing lamp. We had some pleasant hours together.

Thanks for watching

very nice.
I checked a book out of the library last week on building dollhouses and such.
No time before christmas but maybe next year.

Mike in McMurray

Finally someone better than you at designing.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Very cute project.  Sounds like a pleasant time for sure - for both of you.
Well done, and quality time makes it better.

Main Street to the Mountains

Great time spent and something she will always remember.

Figuring out how to do something you have never done is what makes a good challenge.

Good for her for showing an interest, and good for you for being so generous with your time. Did the two of you ever build anything else together?
