It was a lot of work but finally they are ready. Two routemasters. A classic London bus. One of the two with the tourists shape.
The closed version is made with mainly tulip wood and the orther out of ash. The small dark parts are from merbau, wenge and treated tulip wood. The tyres are ebonized oak.

Equel to the past also from this one I have made a drawing and if you like to make this bus by yourself you can find more at my webpage.

It was LBD who made this video

Phenrica started a video serie about making of the routemaster

Cool build, well done.

Main Street to the Mountains

Really neat! We have a couple of the old London double deckers running around our local campus. Some deal they cut years ago, but they sure are cool!

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

great model dutchy.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

First class design - so many seats!!
Another great model Dutchy.

Looks like you have escaped Amsterdam Cafe, graffiti artists from the look of that psychodelic bus.  Seems like the "vandals" are just as rife in Dutchland as in Aussieland.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Just outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
