We noticed the young couple across the road had a visitor on the weekend, a small nephew.

Every little boy deserves a beaut wooden toy on wheels.

Papa Smurf & Handy Smurf suggested I make him a VW Baja Bug.

Another wonderful project.  Fun gift!
Hand made gifts like this are the best gifts, a little bit of you goes with them. Nice.
You have some wonderful creations Peter, and always putting a smile on a child's face. Well done.

Very nice, Peter! And it’s great that you have enough experience building these that you can turn one out essentially on a whim. I would still be figuring out how to make wheels that would fit with the car.

May you have the day you deserve!

all very cool toys.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

Another real Crowie. Well done my friend.

Nicely done

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

You'd be able to make more if you bought a lathe....

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Jan, I had a retired graphic designer assist me with the design!

I said I wanted a cross between "Handy Smurf" and " Crow Cams" logos,
along with using my "ACC" abbreviation "A Crowe Creation",
which is a cheeky way of saying "this Crowe made this piece". "

I have no room to fit even a small wood lathe Alex....

If you're offering to buy and install one at my place, I'd be happy to let you try sir....

Dave, I have a template with build notes written their upon plus I've made quite a few..
The wheels are just shop bought, I was making my own but a lot of extra work for "give away" toys...

I think you've used that excuse more times than I suggested you get a lathe.

The kids have moved out... there must be a spare bedroom.

You've used that excuse more times than I ribbed you about the lathe.
