A Couple of Playable Ute's/Trucks  - A "King Cab" and a "Duel Cab"....

Glued up some offcuts to get the required starting dimensions for the blank.

I use a template for this truck but often vary size to make them all a little different.

The smaller "King Cab" is 8" [200mm] long by 4 3/4" [120mm] wide and 4 3/8" [110mm] high.

The smaller "Duel Cab" is 8 3/4" [220mm] long by 5 1/4" [130mm] wide and 4 3/8" [110mm] high.

Shop bought wheels as are the furniture buttons used for the headlights and taillights.

Three coats of my homemade Wipe-On-Poly to finish.

Cheers Peter

For 2 truck...

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Smurfs have good taste.  Another two great projects that will give miles of fun.
Good looking utes, and they look to be sized just right for your blue helpers!

Thank you ladies and gents.
Just some good strong playable ute’s.
Yes, Pottz, Aussie Ute’s are similar to USA trucks but smaller. As they used to be marketed, working during the week but still able to take the wife church on Sunday.
