I’d say that looks pretty awesome! I’ve never been a fan of the fat pens, but I’m coming round to them.

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

Looks great Tony.

Now you're talking.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Looks good to me, Tony, but I just tried my first pen tonight and blew up the blank. Turns out there was a little knot inside that I discovered with the skew and peeled about a quarter of the blank off the tube. Oops!

May you have the day you deserve!

Tony that looks great.
Dave ai hate blowing up a good looking or expensive blank. Thats why I make.my own. They are neither expensive or look good

i am not even close to trying a skew they are the best for smooth finish BUT i find them very very finicky.  🙄🤪

I pretty much use a skew or bedan for everything now, Tony. Except once in a while where I need a smooth concave area and have to use a gouge to get in there. I don’t even touch my big roughing gouge much any more since I can get there using a big bedan just as quick.

May you have the day you deserve!

Good looking pen Tony. I have everything I need to do some but still haven't gotten around to it. I have a bunch of leftover exotic cut offs that are begging to be made into pens!

Looks like you picked it up pretty quick Tony. Nice job
