American walnut circles 18x40mm, made on friend's CNC, finish wood oil. I don't know exact purpose. They will be used by some chef in fine restaurant to decorate some food/plates.
Not sure what to say. I don't have access to a CNC so I would have turned a spindle on the lathe and sliced off the pieces. Maybe they will hold a spot of caviar??
Jim, they were made with CNC router. LesB, that was also solution, but I didn't wanted them end grain. Other way of glueing seemed like lot of work and glueing for same result.
