Potting Bench for Wifey

Got back to the Pacific Northwest mid May.  No projects planned and while at the barber shop getting saw a magazine that had a green house on the cover in the greenhouse article was a plan for a potting bench.  DW loves to play in the garden so I decided a place for her to pot her plants was the next project.

There is a mix of woods, maple, spruce, pressure treated 2x4, cedar and poplar.  Some of it due to having it on hand.

The bench was built to fit between the HVAC pad and the concrete pad for the side door to the garage.

Grady helped me with screwing boards together.  He was the guy pictured in my birdhouse project.  Used cedar colored deck stain to hide the pencil construction marks.

Every yard needs something like that, nice piece!
Thanks for the nice comments.  A definite upgrade from the old sun damaged plastic one.  the deck stain coating hides the pencil construction lines that I did not sand off.

Nicely done.

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

Looks great Dave, and you had some great help also.
