Cherry end tables

I made the cherry end table from the leftover ends of the slabs used to make a dining table. I tapered the legs with a jig I made years ago this was the first time I used it. One side is live edge and I used cherry coral Rubio Monocoat for the finish my choice would have been natural finish. The stain color was a customer choice.
Nicely done, and good use of the drops off another project.

WM-1,

I would have done a natural finish too, but the customer is always right.  Good job.

Pretty wood. I guess the customer is always right…

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

I agree on the color.

Nice job on the build.

Nice job. I agree with you, cherry should be natural

The slab tops are in a great place!

Cherry does itself proud when it takes on the natural color with aging. It wins the fight every time with whatever was used to hurry the process in the beginning
great looking tables WM ! yeah with cherry i always go natural. i like the patina it gets with age.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.
