My go to wedding gift (kitchen trifecta)
I make matching cheese cutter, charcuterie board and cutting board for a gift. Since I bought a laser engraving them was the next step. I used walnut, maple and cherry. The finish is mineral oil and beeswax. I also put rubber feet on them.

Those look great! The laser work is terrific I’ve wondered about food traps in the engraving on food prep items. Any issues?

Sadly yes the engraving will deteriorate as they are being used, I had 2 x Bamboo cutting boards engraved for 2 x DIL 2017 and as of today 2023 the image is almost gone.

Nice job, they should love them. I thought with boards like this people use the back for cutting and the front for display.
