Gate, last piece of the project

My son and I built about 250' of yard fence and this gate was the last thing to go up. Whew!, glad that is done.

Because the yard area where the fence was to go already had a spinkling system along with several valve boxes in place, we didn't want to drill the holes for fear of tearing up lines or wiring. So, I hand dug all of the holes. That wouldn't have been too bad but i was still recovering from shingles. : (. Oh well, can celebrate it being all done now. Weather was cool but not bad for digging fence post holes. The 6' wide gate needed to be strong but the design i chose was not very heavy. It worked out great.
