Nemo and Friend

OK, The wood is Acacia. This was a team project where Jerry drew out the fish and carved it and I did the wood shaping, sanding and fracking. It was then finished with clear satin. Note the other fish in the wood that was natural and you all know how My husband sees things and the wood tells him what it wants to be. He saw that fish in the wood which by the way, is natural and looked like that at the mill. So he told me I was going to do a fish and I picked Nemo. Even the tail and the eye of the other fish were there at the mill. The fracking represents the kelp. This was a real fun project.
