Brisket Board

Done as a special request for a year-round outdoor griller. End grain like all the rest but the first with a reservoir to go along with the juice groove. Walnut, maple and cherry. 335mmX435mmX50mm.

Some of my most creative moments have been when I've had to cover up an error in my woodworking.

Nice!

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

Really classy!

Hate to have to pick brisket out of those deep, square, angled holes! 😃
Really a great board!
