Cutting Boards from Offcuts

I had a request from our youngest daughter for a couple of cutting boards to replace her old plastic ones.
Thanks to the offcuts/scrap bin Living Timber Woodworks at Penrith, I scored some beautiful Aussie hardwood.
Laminated/Glued with Titebond 3 Glue and  polished with Kustom Creations, Step One 50000 Grit Food Grade Polish the boards have come up a treat.
Smurf approved.

Nice work Peter and as others have said pretty grain too

Kerry - Working with wood, the smell the feel, is such a joy, its a meditation of sorts.

I guess those crosspieces are really cutting board ends versus breadboard ends !
Like the way you contrasted the figured wood with the plain, same overall tone but nice "pop".
