Daughter wanted a cabinet to display her rock and sea shells in.    Also wanted storage.
Made this May 2010.  Cherry, Poplar, Madrone Burl Veneer.   19 1/2" wide, 12" deep and 14" tall.
Cabinet consist of 4 drawers all the same,  Each drawer has 15 squares 3" x 3" and 1 7/8" deep.   Making a total of 60 display squares.
The drawers are 3/8" poplar with the fronts of 3/4" Mahogany with Madrone Burl Veneer inset.  Sides and back of cherry with Veneer inset.
The drawers are interchangeable as to location, therefore any drawer can be at the top to display its contents.
Glass top.

I like the ability to swap out the top selection for display. Seems like she is ready for a second this one seems to be full

That is a beautiful display case Ron, your daughter is lucky to have a dad that can make something like that. Even if she doesn't stick with this collection, that box will be in the family for generations.

Really beautiful, nice work. Since you made this in 2010, I'm sure she still uses and cherishes it.

I'm late to the party, but you outdid yourself with this beautiful cabinet Ron. A lot of skill and talent went into that and it shows.
