The hardest part of this project was cutting the 
back of the chair without damaging any part of the finish. Made 3 of the back splats, then found that the arm chair back was larger, both height and width,  the most challenging was all the scroll sawing and if you're not use to it, their are lots of steps using a scroll saw ( broke 5 blades) out of cutting 4 backs. The plys of the back come unglued as shown.
