The bamboo is a plywood product, that is sold by the piece by Rockler.com, It comes in 8×30×3/4 inch pieces. $29.95.

Great idea and nicely done Mark. Wooden or bamboo grill utensils are probably a good idea as they are easy to clean.

Very nice. I have a bamboo set that would never part with. They are far more durable and won’t scratch like metal ones.
