Crate furniture projects

Made these for my boys over the weekend. The top and bottom is beech finished with dark walnut Danish oil. The body is made from pre-made pine crates bought at JoAnns Fabric. My wife dabbles in couponing, which made the whole project very cost effective. Apparently JoAnns accepts competitors coupons, and you are able to stack coupons together, so she was able to come away with these 6 crates for less than half the normal cost.
