Hidden In My Heart
I ordered some Manzanita roots a while back and this piece was laying on the workbench while I tried to figure out a way to use it. My wife, a nurse, walked by and said- “this looks like someone’s heart”.
The lid was take from another piece of Manzanita root, It had sever inclusions that were filled with casting resin. The finial was made from an old piano key.
