Wizard jewelry box

Wizard jewelry box is what I call these two special boxes that I built this past month. Made of repurposed quarter sawn white oak & Honduras mahogany. With Douglas fir drawer boxes. The Wizard wands are Hemlock, torrified Maple & Bubinga. And the wizard carvings are white Spruce. The drawer pulls are torrified Maple. I found some excellent music box movements online that each plays a different Harry Potter tune.

This is my first attempt carving and I sure do enjoy it. I carved the drawer pull indents & the Wizards thanks to the wonderful YouTube vids from Doug Linker.

The boxes were ordered as birthday gifts for two special little sisters that are sure to put them to good use.
