*Update to the box, I added a lock and key, and put an eagle Hitchcock knob on the lid.
I call this my 1776 box. Federal inspired dovetailed cherry document box. Eagle and American flag inlay on the lid, and satinwood inlay banding and fan installed on the front. Horton Brasses were used for the hinges, and Waterlox for the finish.
