The saying; " I might build it inexpensive, but I never build cheap." might carry some weight.
Just remember that minimum wage is going to $15.00 and would you want to pay yourself less than that, if you are into the money making business.
For the members who cannot charge because of disabilities etc, get the pledge for a donation to your charity.
