Is it likely because woodworkers are making their purchases online. This is what I tend to do. I live outside the city and it saves me the long drive back and forth where several items are only available online. Also, I have begun to notice that the brick and mortar stores don't carry a lot of stock, it is only available from their distribution warehouse.
