Hope your casting today goes without incident!  Since Helene swept through a year and a half ago, we've seen basically nothing.  Over the past couple months wind has been inconsequential and rain has been far to close to zero.  The rain has gotten better over the past few days but we're still well behind where we should be.  After looking at the damage from all the above ground wires, Duke energy among others has zero initiative to bury anything, regardless of what happens, they're making money on it, and that includes repairing poles and lines.
